Visit our lobby

Our lobby at 333 W Julian Street, San Jose CA on the first floor is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Please check in with the receptionist when entering the lobby and you will be directed to complete a walk-in sheet. Upon identifying your case and the reason for your visit the receptionist will place you into an interview room to meet with your caseworker either virtually or in person. Please be patient as wait times can increase depending on amount of walk-in traffic we are encountering.

You may also drop of documents in our drop box located directly outside of the DCSS Lobby. Please make sure documents have your case information listed to allow us to properly identify and associate the documents with your case. The drop box is for case documents only, please do not leave child support payments in the drop box.
