To check the status of your case, you can search for your case on the court’s public portal at https://portal.scscourt.org/.
If your case is confidential (CP Docket) it will not show up on the public website, to check status you can email the court at [email protected] or call (408) 882-2700 (press 8 then 0). Please call or email at least 2 days in advance of your scheduled hearing date.
